Light Show, Lake Tabor

I haven’t been doing very much except relaxing. Oh drat! I forgot to get a photo of my newest wood project. I’ll get it later, but for now, I hope you enjoy the photos of the light show.

This was a beautiful display of heat lightening that lasted several hours. Not one single roar of thunder, just flash, flash, super flash! It was awesome to watch.

The lake was covered in a thick blanket of fog the next morning.

It turned out to be a beautiful day. Warm and comfortable in the shade. Coffee next to the lake side and just a very relaxing time.

I woke up the next day with this little frog and cicada on the mesh of the tent. I wasn’t sure if the frog was thinking about eating the bug or not as it was almost the same size, lol. I also ran across this walking stick on top of a walking stick on my way down to the lake. It was still a foggy start, but not the thickness as yesterday.

I spent the day making a gift for Aaron, the guy that runs the place, as a thank you for allowing me to put my tent up near the woods. It really has been wonderful to be able to just relax for a few days. I’ll get a picture to post later.

Tonight they will have a fishing tournament. I decided to stick around for another day, possibly two and just enjoy the time.
